"Awesome experience!!! I researched vehicles online, saw this van that I was interested in, and made a phone call.  When arriving to the dealership, I was greeted by a salesman whom happened to be the one I had been conversing with. Impressive! He escorted me to the vehicle that was in mind and went over all the features the vehicle had.  Took it on a test drive, and started paperwork.  While the paperwork process was in motion we were offered refreshments several times.  The paperwork process too some time, but that is to be expected.  I went from a Expedition to a Sienna, which I loved my expedition and wanted another one, but I must say I am loving my Sienna.  While paperwork and finance was being taken care of the vehicle was taken to get detailed and walking out of the office to see my Sienna, cleaned and smelling good (not that it wasn't before).  I would recommend Toyota Carlsbad to anyone.  There customer service was superb, Omar S. kept us informed of all details, and if he didn't know, he went to find out.  I appreciate that he didn't give us the run around.  Love the warranty!!!!!!!!
