"This is the third new Toyota we have purchased and Scott, John, and Nicole made the whole process very easy to understand. They answered all of our questions and gave us great customer service, especially most recently when we came to the dealership after 5 pm to buy the car. I love that they are open past 5 pm and also on the weekend. We were able to add a warranty to our older Corolla easily over the phone and that extra service helps a lot."
