Thomas and Jean have been Toyota owners since 1979. With two Avalons, a Sienna, a Venza and a Celica in their line-up, they are very familiar with Toyota quality. Each time they purchase a new Toyota from Toyota Carlsbad, they enjoy “making the rounds.” They come in to see General Sales Manager Rick Bilgrien, who takes great care of them, and then on to Mandy in finance to wrap things up.
