"Attention all those interested in buying a new Prius in San Diego County! I've just bought my second Prius in three years, and here's my experience.
PRICE: You're going to find your best price for a new Prius at either Mossy Toyota or Toyota Carlsbad. When it comes to the best price, they're pretty much even, as long as you're willing to negotiate.
PEOPLE: The salespeople I've met at both dealerships are good folks, with some having better rapport-building and sincerity skills than their co-workers.

Toyota Carlsbad!
Why? My overall experience at Toyota Carlsbad was more easygoing. From the salesperson, to the sales manager, to the financial person (who reviews purchase terms, warranty options, and DMV details), it was a less stressful experience.
Now, bother dealerships have things they can improve about the car-buying process (e.g., more willingness to communicate via email and text messaging).
But 1st Place goes to Toyota Carlsbad."
