Toyota ranks 48th on the 2013 DiversityInc list of Top 50 Companies for Diversity and is the only automobile manufacturer to make the list.  Toyota also is the Top Company for Employee Engagement and No. 8 on DiversityInc’s list of Top 10 Companies for LGBT Employees.

DiversityInc praised Toyota for its mentoring program, resource groups and increasing charitable donations to multicultural organizations by 24 percent.  More than 40 percent of Toyota’s philanthropy supports racial/ethnic, LGBT or disability nonprofits.  In addition, DiversityInc said Toyota’s Diversity Advisory Board continues to “move the needle on setting metrics and goals.”

DiversityInc assesses companies based on four key areas of diversity:  CEO commitment, human capital, corporate and organizational communications and supplier diversity.

We are thrilled to receive two wonderful reviews regarding our staff and the enjoyable car buying process at Toyota Carlsbad!

5-Star Reviews on Yelp:

"Hands down best car dealership in San Diego. I have been a returning customer for past 10 years for one reason-excellence. Excellence in product, customer service, professionalism. Very low key and knowledgeable staff. Don't waste your time going elsewhere, these guys are ROCK STARS!!!"

"Toyota Carlsbad really made a not-so-great situation for me into a A+ buying experience.  Coming from someone with unfavorable credit and a unique car situation on my hands, Mauricio T. (my sales rep) was very accommodating, very easy to talk to, professional and really took an interest in helping me in whatever way he could.  I didn't feel uncomfortable at all with talking finances and trying to work out a deal.  Nicole M. in the Finance Department, I just can't speak highly enough about her as well...she worked her rear off to get me the best deal she could and was so caring and easy to talk to!  I would recommend Toyota Carlsbad to anyone looking to get a car.  I was very impressed with everyone I came in contact with there and they have a lifelong customer now!"

We received a glowing review about our loyal customer's consistently enjoyable experiences with us for last ten years!

5-Star Review on DealerRater:

"First class experience!! I have dealt with Toyota Carlsbad for past 10 years for one reason- excellence. This is the best overall experience I have ever had with ANY type of car dealership. This experience is consistent year after year and involves everyone from management to finance. Relaxed, friendly, professional, caring, personable. You do NOT feel like this is a car dealership except for the knowledgeable staff. If you are looking for a great car like Toyota this is it!! I would not even consider going anywhere else! Don't waste your time going elsewhere."
