"I change my previous opinion on toyota of Carlsbad. The sales manager Gus called me and told me to come down and discuss my options. So I went. I was met at the door by a gentleman named Henry. AMAZING. from the get go he was polite, professional, and funny. Then I met with gus. He listened to my concerns, helped me decide what would be best for my situation. I fell in love with the Prius. Gus did everything possible to get me in this new car. AND he did it without it costing me any extra. Henry was very informative and kept me company while waiting for finance. Aaron in finance was equally great. I was In and out if there in 2 hours. We will be going back after tax season to get my husband a truck. I will recommend EVERYONE to toyota of Carlsbad. Thank you again Gus, Henry, Omar Saab, and Aaron!!! Very satisfied customer!!!"
