"I was at Toyota Carlsbad today and test drove a Prius, I got a no pressure vibe from salesmen Ernan Northrup which was wonderful if I do decide to return for the Prius I will definitely purchase it from Ernan.
First time at the dealership and let me tell you, wow! My sales person was Henry Gonzales and he was nothing but professional, knows the product and made us feel like we were human beings and not just a walking bank! He listen to what we wanted and need it. Will go back again for sure!!"
