"Scott Busby has a great personality!!! Scott made us feel comfortable while going through the numbers and making us feel like a friend getting a car. Scott was very knowledgeable when it came to the vehicle he made sure we knew and understood each function the 2012 Camry had to offer. Nicole in finance was very friendly as well. I would definitely refer Scott to family and friends. We left Toyota Carlsbad with a new 2012 Camry and the process went so smoothly. We look forward to building relationship with the service department as we care for our car."

"Duff Joy was a man on a mission. Knew what questions to ask to make a speedy and accurate appraisal of what we needed/wanted and had the car we wanted in front of our eyes in 10 minutes (vs wandering around the lot kicking tires). Did the paperwork as we chatted; answered more questions; got approval in minutes. Very savvy sales person.
Mandi answered more questions about paperwork needed and need for additional maintenance/protection/alarm,etc. She really knows her job as sales person and paperwork guru.
David Corona had the car running and waiting when we finished the paperwork. Set up our phone, had the alarm system up, and gave us a quick "how it all works" tour of essential systems and hardware. Will be taking him up on his offer to consult on how to questions that have come up since.
I would put any of my friends in these folks capable hands.

"This is gonna be lengthy. We first came to Toyota Carlsbad when we didn't know what we wanted. The salesman asked a few questions then traded us off to another salesman that asked us the same questions. A couple weeks later we returned to drive the Prius V. We had just walked off the VW lot and were not in the best of moods. Dan Flanagan, we cannot say enough about Dan!!! He was a godsend after going to every dealer. We drove the car, we liked the car and he treated us great even though he knew we weren't buying that day. He didnt try to pressure us into a car we didnt want. He is a no pressure salesman, didnt ask for our info, simply gave us his card and said let me know what you decide. They finally got the colors we wanted and Dan was great through the whole process. When we did decide to buy, Dan was working with customers so they had us deal with John Lagudis. John was a good guy too. So all in all, we got a great deal, and the buying process was great. Also if you've financed a Toyota before, you'll get a better interest rate. Go in and see Dan, John, and do your paper work with Lou Maldonado."

"We purchased a 2012 Prius yesterday at Toyota Carlsbad. It was easily the least painful auto purchase my wife and I have ever experienced. We made a preliminary phone call to Mr. Duff Choy on Thursday and told him what we were looking for. When we arrived for our appointment on Sunday morning he took us directly to the cars we wanted to see (they have an enormous inventory), answered all our questions (we had been looking at other cars and we were amazed at how many salespeople are not knowlegable about the cars they are trying to sell) and then insisted we take the selected car for a drive..... just to make sure my wife was comfortable. After returning to the dealership we agreed to a price and then Duff got our old car appraised in just a few minutes. Duff turned us over to a lady in customer service (unfortunately I cannot recall her name but she sure was nice) who efficiently got us through the paperwork. By the time we got back to Duff's office the car had been prepped and David took us through the owners manuals until we had no further questions. He even set up the Bluetooth on our cell phone. The whole process took about two and a half hours. This morning the first thing I read in the paper was that we were headed for $4.50/gal. gas this summer. it was a very good time to get rid of our gas guzzler. If you are considering buying a Toyota, do yourself a favor and talk to the folks at Toyota Carsbad."
