Ray Nuqul gives the best service ever!  My certified used Prius "died" (or so I thought) 12 hours after I bought it, at 3:00 in the morning, and I was really upset.  I towed it back to the dealer lot and got a hotel nearby because I had no way home at that time.  I was ready to scream bloody murder and demand my money back.  Ray personally came to pick me up first thing in the morning to bring me to the dealership and check out my car.  He offered to pay for my hotel, get a rental car, and was very concerned about making me happy.

Then, we discovered I had simply run out of gas, and there was nothing wrong with the car!  Ray was extremely gracious and respectful about the situation and did not make me feel embarrassed or stupid.  He even filled my empty tank with gas for free, to ensure that the gas was the only problem and there was nothing wrong with the car.

He didn't have to do any of this, even if the car was actually defective, because I signed away my option to return the used car when I bought it.  They had no legal obligation to take the car back, or do anything except fix the parts under warranty.  However, before we knew about the gas, Ray was willing to discuss an exchange for another car, for no other reason than to make me happy.  

After buying my car, I never expected any service from them ever again.  I thought the only time a sales person would treat me like that was before making a sale, not after, especially when it's a used car.  But Ray went way out of his way for me for something that was all my fault, and he did not seem annoyed at all.  He even got his hands dirty and checked my tire pressure at the gas station, and then took me straight to the service center when not satisfied by the imprecision of the gas station's pressure gauge.  He also offered to have the service center re-inspect my car just for peace of mind.

I'm totally happy and impressed.  Everyone buy a car from Ray Nuqul!
